Instructions
Pour boiling water over cornmeal and let stand until cool.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Beat eggs until light and add them to cornmeal.
Then add milk, flour, and melted better.
Beat until batter is smooth.
Pour into a shallow, well-greased pan and bake at 400-450° for 25 minutes.
