These were frequently made for breakfast every morning that I spent the night at my friend Christy's house. The recipe came from her mother. Since Sally had 4 children who would often all have someone spending the night it took quite a while to go through each kid, once crepe at a time!

Ingredients
3eggs
1cflour
1½cmilk
2tbspbutter
Instructions
Combine eggs, flour, and milk.
Melt butter in the small skillet you are going to use, add melted butter to batter.
Pour small amount of batter on the bottom of the skillet and rotate to spread the batter to cover the bottom of the pan.
Flip when edges start to crisp and underside starts to brown slightly.
