Potato and Ham Casserole

boiling water

diced celery

margarine

cooked peas

chopped onion

grated cheese
Instructions
Add boiling water to salt and celery. Cook 10 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook until done. Drain, reserve liquid.
Melt margarine, add onion, cook. Blend in flour.
Measure liquid into flour and margarine. Stir cooked vegetables and remaining ingredients except cheese to sauce.
Pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
