Instructions
Melt butterscotch and peanut butter in double boiler.
Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
Transfer the butterscotch mixture to large bowl and add rice cereal, coating and mixing well.
Press mixture onto an aluminum foil-lined 13 x 9 pan.
Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 1 hour).
Cut into 1 ½” squares. Makes 48.
