Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
celery
onions
green pepper
frozen shrimp
but can use fresh or canned
1
large can diced tomatoes
or 2 small cans, with juice
bay leaf
salt
pepper
Instructions
Cook celery, onions, and green pepper in a little bit of water. Poor off water and add canned, diced tomatoes and cook that with bay leaf in it.
Add shrimp last.
Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste.
Can add a tablespoon of butter, but is not necessary.
Serve over rice.
