Ingredients

eggs

sugar

cold water

baking powder

tsp
salt
jelly (any flavor)
enough to spread over cake
Instructions
Separate the eggs and beat yolks until lemon color.
Add sugar slowly and cold water.
Sift dry ingredients, mixing well with egg yolk mixture, but not beating.
Fold in slightly beaten egg whites. Spread very think on fairly large, greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° about 10 min.
Turn out on damp cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar. Spread with jelly and roll up in cloth while still warm.
You may have to trim off crisp edges in order to roll up the cake.
