Southern Creole Pralines

Ingredients

pecan halves
Instructions
Combine sugars, water, and vinegar.
Cook to soft ball stage.
Add butter, pecans, and red food coloring (if desired).
Remove from heat and beat immediately until it starts to thicken and becomes cloudy. (Pralines should be granular so don’t cool syrup before beating).
Quickly drop heaping Tbsp on waxed paper or foil.
