Ingredients

potatoes
cooked and diced

processed cheese spread
cubed
½
cup
chopped onion

tsp
salt
Pepper to taste

commercial salad dressing

lb
slightly fried bacon
drained
¼
c
green olives
Instructions
Combine all but bacon and olives, mixing well.
Turn into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon and olives.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Notes
Recipe can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Remove to room temperature at least 1 hour before baking time.
