Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

stew meat

bag frozen mixed vegetables
½
head of cabbage
cut into 1 inch pieces
4-5
potatoes
peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces
1
onion
cut into 1/2" pieces
1
large can or bottle of tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Pour tomato juice into pot.
Cut stew meat into 1/4" pieces if they are too large.
Add frozen vegetables, onion, potatoes, and stew meat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until meat and potatoes are cooked through.
Add cut cabbage.
Serve when cabbage, potatoes, and onions are tender.
Notes
Recipe can also be cooked in a crockpot, adding the cabbage at the end.
